Russell Hospitalized

On March 29, 2005, Russell was rushed to the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital ER due to shortness of breath. X-rays showed he had "white-out" virile pneumonia, his blood was very low on oxygen. He was admitted to the ICU where he was sedated and put on life support. During this time Russell had a blood clot that broke into several pieces causing a series of strokes. After being put on blood thinners, he had yet another stroke.

After over 3 months of hospitalization, Russell will come home on July 8, 2005 and continue his therapy as an outpatient. This is truly a miracle. He and his family want to thank everyone for their prayers. He has a long way to go but with your continued prayers we look for improvement everyday.

Updates will be added as he improves. Please keep him in your prayers.
